洛杉磯湖人今年的「第四節先生」Lou Williams在10日主場迎戰鳳凰城太陽之役再度發飆，全場狂轟35分，可惜湖人攻的進、守不住，終場115：119苦吞5連敗。
湖人最近陷入傷兵麻煩，包括新星主控D'Angelo Russell，直接影響球隊戰績，但今天一路緊咬太陽，最後6分鐘追到個位數差距，但Eric Bledsoe、Leandro Barbosa不斷在外線開砲，Williams無力回天。
Williams今天攻下35分，包括6發三分彈，他近4戰累積137分，是1970年以來全聯盟的板凳球員最高紀錄。
「他總是充滿活力，他是全聯盟最棒的射手之一，你永遠別想阻止他，你只能試圖降低他的效率。」太陽總教練Earl Watson說。
Williams在上季來到湖人，本季目前的19.3分已經創下生涯新高，「我只是盡我所能地努力打球，試著成為一個榜樣。」
「通常當你得很多分的時候，可以贏得一些勝仗，但我們還在努力中，對我來說，輸就是輸了，我已經盡力了，但顯然還不夠。」Williams說。
太陽今天的致勝功臣是3名得分爆發力出眾的後衛，Bledsoe、Barbosa、Brandon Knight在第四節聯手攻下23分。
「球隊需要這一勝。」全場攻下30分的Bledsoe說：「我們已經連輸好幾場了，但今天是我們今年贏的最漂亮的一場。」
